De functie inhoud Wat behoort er tot jouw takenpakket als Supervisor productie:

  • Leidinggeven op de werkvloer en zorgen voor een vlotte werkorganisatie in de productie van verse tot ingevroren groenten
  • Hands-on opvolgen van de productieparameters en het aansteken van verbeteringen waar nodig
  • Aansturen en motiveren van een team van operators en productiemedewerkers, met oog voor efficiëntie en kwaliteit
  • Het geven van opleidingen en begeleiding aan je team om continuïteit en groei te waarborgen
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de verantwoordelijke en het kwaliteitsteam om het kwaliteits- en hygiënebeleid te garanderen
