Secundair Primair Supervisor productie Cuijk IBN zorgt dat iedereen mee kan doen op de arbeidsmarkt. We leiden medewerkers op en helpen hen zich te ontwikkelen. Als manager van onze productielocatie in Cuijk draag jij hieraan bij. Jij ziet erop toe dat collega's zich ontwikkelen en doorstromen als ze hier klaar voor zijn. Tegelijkertijd zorg je dat de werkprocessen - van co-packing tot assemblage en logistieke taken - soepel verlopen. En dat onze klanten tevreden zijn met een hoge kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Dat doe je op onze productielocatie in Cuijk of bij de klant op locatie via groepsdetachering. Dit ga je doen Jij stuurt actief op KPI's, bewaakt de budgetten en stuurt de teamleiders, expeditie, engineers en collega's van de technische dienst rechtstreeks aan. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor de groepsdetachering in de regio. De collega's van Werkvoorbereiding stuur je indirect aan. Als supervisor help je teamleiders verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor hun werk. Daarbij stuur je op tactisch niveau op verzuim-, instroom- en doorstroomdoelstellingen en maak je afspraken met het participatiebedrijf over de instroom. Ook ben je onderdeel van het MT productie, waarin jullie gezamenlijk processen optimaliseren en leren van elkaars best practices. Daarnaast denk je als gesprekspartner binnen IBN mee over hoe we de ontwikkeling van mensen op de werkvloer kunnen versnellen en verbeteren en welke tools daarvoor nodig zijn. Daarbij word je ondersteund door trajectregisseurs, leer-werkcoaches en HR-adviseurs. Ook ben je de motor voor vernieuwing. Want stilstand is achteruitgang! Je overlegt regelmatig met onze procesengineers om nieuwe processen in te richten en bestaande processen te optimaliseren. In deze ontwikkeling neem je de mensen op de werkvloer actief mee.
