Dan is deze functie als Supervisor Productie iets voor jou.

Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over een productieteam en werkt mee aan een vlot, veilig en kwalitatief productieproces binnen een moderne productieomgeving.

Als supervisor productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de productieactiviteiten binnen jouw ploeg. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de productie volgens de vooropgestelde planning
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van operatoren en productiemedewerkers

Opstellen en opvolgen van de personeelsplanning binnen de ploeg

  • Toezien op een correct gebruik van machines en installaties
  • Instellen en opvolgen van productiemachines voor een optimaal rendement
  • Waken over de kwaliteit van de producten tijdens het volledige productieproces
  • Signaleren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en nauw samenwerken met de kwaliteitsafdeling

Verzekeren van een correcte traceerbaarheid van de producten

  • Opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers

Toezien op veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer

  • Rapporteren van technische problemen en defecten
  • Correct invullen en opvolgen van productiedocumenten

Als productieleider, teamverantwoordelijke of supervisor zorg je ervoor dat mensen, processen en machines optimaal samenwerken.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die:

  • Ervaring heeft binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector
  • Beschikt over leidinggevende vaardigheden of reeds ervaring heeft als ploegchef, teamleader of supervisor
  • Sterk organisatorisch en planmatig werkt
  • Medewerkers weet te coachen, motiveren en ondersteunen
  • Oog heeft voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement

Snel problemen detecteert en oplossingsgericht handelt

  • Verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en beslissingen durft nemen
  • Vlot administratieve gegevens verwerkt

Bereid is om in een ploegensysteem te werken

Ervaring met productieprocessen binnen de voedingsindustrie vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde.
