The posting

Als Supervisor Productie & Transport sta je samen met je collega-supervisors in voor de coördinatie van onze productie- en expeditieafdeling en inkomend en uitgaand transport . Jij bent de schakel tussen productie, onze chauffeurs, planning en interne stakeholders. Met jouw organisatorisch talent en coachende aanpak zorg je ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt. De rol is voor ongeveer 90% gericht op productie en voor 10% op transport. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Unitmanager en geeft leiding aan een team van 40 medewerkers en chauffeurs.

Jouw taken

  • Aansturen productie: samen met collega-supervisors bewaak je het productieproces. Je zorgt dat kwaliteit en levertijden worden gehaald, en werkt daarbij nauw samen met de technische dienst voor een optimale inzet van machines en middelen.
  • Aansturen transport & logistiek: je organiseert inkomend en uitgaand transport, stuurt chauffeurs aan, volgt de planning nauwgezet op en grijpt in waar nodig om alles tijdig en efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Data en administratie: je houdt transportdata correct en actueel bij, zorgt voor betrouwbare rapportering en analyseert gegevens om verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Opvolgen contracten en partners: je ziet toe op het juiste gebruik en onderhoud van transportmiddelen, beheert afspraken met externe partners en zorgt voor een optimale beschikbaarheid van voertuigen.
  • People management: je geeft dagelijks leiding aan 40 medewerkers en chauffeurs. Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt hen, voert evaluatie- en ontwikkelgesprekken en stimuleert samenwerking en duurzame inzetbaarheid.
  • Stakeholder management: je onderhoudt contacten met interne diensten (zoals planning, HR en finance) en externe partners. Je vertegenwoordigt de unit in projecten en bouwt duurzame relaties op.
  • Opvolgen KPI's: je monitort prestaties op het gebied van kosten, kwaliteit, productiviteit en verzuim. Je analyseert trends en doet proactief voorstellen om processen en resultaten te verbeteren
  • Je hebt ervaring in productie (leidinggevende ervaring is een grote troef).
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan goed schakelen tussen verschillende niveaus.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Analytisch denken en resultaatgericht werken zijn jouw tweede natuur.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; kennis van Frans is mooi meegenomen.
