Ben jij een enthousiaste wintersportliefhebber met leidinggevende kwaliteiten? Houd jij het hoofd koel, ook als het druk is, en zorg jij ervoor dat zowel gasten als collega's een geweldige dag beleven? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Supervisor Rental & Slopes ben jij tijdens jouw dienst verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de piste én in de verhuur. Je stuurt de medewerkers van Rental & Slopes aan, houdt overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zijn of haar werkzaamheden op de juiste manier uitvoert. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: ❆ Het aansturen en begeleiden van de medewerkers binnen Rental & Slopes; ❆ Het zelfstandig openen en sluiten van de piste; ❆ Toezien op de veiligheid en orde op de pistes; ❆ Verlenen van EHBO wanneer dat nodig is; ❆ De uitgifte en correcte verwerking van verhuurmaterialen; ❆ Het bemannen en begeleiden van de skiliften; ❆ Het dagelijkse onderhoud en de controle van de pistes; ❆ Toezien op een correcte omgang met materialen; ❆ Bewaken van de gastvriendelijkheid en service van het team; ❆ Signaleren en oplossen van problemen, zodat de dag soepel verloopt. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers tijdens jouw dienst en weet als geen ander hoe je een team motiveert en aanstuurt. Je legt hierbij verantwoording af aan de Manager Rental & Slopes. Wat vragen we van jou? ❆ Mbo werk- en denkniveau; ❆ Je beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid; ❆ Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een sterke servicegerichte instelling; ❆ Je bent representatief, stressbestendig en weet goed het overzicht te bewaren; ❆ Je bent voornamelijk in het weekend beschikbaar...
