Supervisor Rotating Equipment Ben jij een ervaren technicus met natuurlijk leiderschap? Bij GPW Turbine Support combineer je techniek met aansturing en werk je aan uitdagende projecten in Nederland en Europa aan turbines, pompen, compressoren, tandwielkasten en ventilatoren. Locatie: Hellevoetsluis / onsite in heel Europa Wat ga je doen? Als Supervisor Rotating Equipment stuur je collega's aan op projecten op locatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat het werk veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning wordt uitgevoerd. - Je leidt projecten op locatie in Nederland en soms elders in Europa, van voorbereiding tot oplevering - Je stuurt per project een team van circa 10 monteurs aan - Soms werk je mee aan revisie- en reparatiewerkzaamheden - Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van het werk - Je stemt af met klanten en met collega's van werkvoorbereiding, planning en sales - Je neemt deel aan dagelijkse voortgangsoverleggen met klanten en ander betrokken partijen - Je signaleert knelpunten en neemt op tijd de juiste maatregelen - Je stelt eindrapportages op en controleert deze zorgvuldig - Je registreert meer- en minderwerk en houdt de urenregistratie van monteurs bij - Je regelt het benodigde transport - Je stelt per project het juiste team samen - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede oplevering en het eindresultaat - Je bepaalt de scope van de werkzaamheden op locatie Wie ben jij? Je hebt technisch inzicht, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en weet collega's op een natuurlijke manier aan te sturen. - Je hebt een technische mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in werktuigbouwkunde - Je hebt ruime ervaring met rotating equipment, zoals turbines, pompen en compressoren - Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van teams op projecten - Je hebt goede administratieve vaardigheden en kunt eindrapportages en protocollen opstellen - Je werkt gestructureerd en volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen - Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt makkel...
