Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?

Als Supervisor Schoonmaak vervul je een sleutelrol om de schoonmaakoperaties van de reizigerstreinen mee te organiseren en te controleren.

Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS?

Je staat in voor de organisatie en coördinatie van de reinigingswerken in de installaties van TOP Antwerpen – Schijnpoort. Je volgt de werkzaamheden van de schoonmaakploegen en ploegbazen op het terrein (NMBS en externe partners) op en controleert de werken en registratie in onze informaticasystemen. Daarnaast volg je mee de budgetten op en ben jij de schakel tussen poetsers, ploegbazen en planning.

Waarom is deze job iets voor jou?

  • Je beschikt over een getuigschrift van de tweede graad van het algemeen of technisch onderwijs (na 4 jaar) OF een studiegetuigschrift van het tweede leerjaar van de derde graad van het beroepssecundair onderwijs (6 jaar) (OK3).
  • Of je hebt minimaal twee jaren relevante ervaring voor deze job.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van interne en externe poetsers en je kan gestructureerd, methodisch en nauwgezet werken.
  • Je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van computersystemen en staat open om bij te leren.
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in netheid en reiniging en in het dagelijks leven hecht je hier ook veel belang aan.
  • Je respecteert en past de gangbare procedures toe, zeker in het kader van veiligheid en je toont initiatief en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Je bent handvaardig en enthousiast en werkt graag in een team.
  • Je kan zelfstandig een klein team leiden en aansturen.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk in de nacht- en dagploeg op de momenten wanneer treinen beschikbaar zijn voor reiniging. Af en toe werk je ook in de late ploeg en tijdens het weekend.

Waar ga je werken?

Je zal werken in de Technische Onderhoudspost Antwerpen-Schijnpoort (Boerhaavestraat 100, 2060 Antwerpen). Hier worden voornamelijk reizigerstreinen onderhouden.
