" Supervisor service Breadcrumb - Supervisor service 15.10.2026 Jouw missie: Als Supervisor Service - Nieuwegein ben je de directe leidinggevende van de 40 medewerkers op het depot in Nieuwegein. Je zorgt ervoor dat de servicemedewerkers en collega's op het depot hun werkzaamheden zo goed mogelijk kunnen uitvoeren met als doel om onze klanten volledig te ontzorgen op het gebied van hygiëne. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Regiomanager Service - midden. - Verantwoordelijkheid voor het aansturen, motiveren en coachen van onze servicemedewerkers en andere collega's op het depot. Wanneer zij tegen problemen aanlopen, kunnen zij bij jou terecht en zorg je ervoor dat zij vlekkeloos hun taken en verantwoordelijkheden kunnen uitvoeren; - Voorbereiden, plannen, optimaliseren en aanpassen van de serviceroutes; - Bij ad hoc wijzigingen en escalaties neem je contact op met jouw collega's van Customer Care en/of Sales, zodat onze klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn; - Je zorgt ervoor dat gestelde KPI's zoals o-t-i-f, productiviteit, (e)NPS, veiligheid op de werkvloer, etc. worden behaald; - Opvolgen van verschillende HR-verantwoordelijkheden zoals het ziekteverzuim, beoordelingen, on- en offboarding van medewerkers, enz.; - Samen met jouw collega Supervisor Service zet je verbeterprojecten op om een optimale dienstverlening te kunnen waarborgen voor onze klanten; - Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het pand-, wagenpark-, magazijn- en voorraadbeheer.
