Voor Katoen Natie op Linkeroever zijn we op zoek naar een Supervisor Spoelploeg die de dagelijkse werking van het team mee in goede banen leidt.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische logistieke omgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als Supervisor Spoelploeg ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en opvolging van de spoelploeg. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief en volgens de afgesproken planning worden uitgevoerd.

Je stuurt de medewerkers op de werkvloer aan en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen of problemen. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, volgt de voortgang op en grijpt in waar nodig.

De spoelers staan in voor het reinigen van grote vrachtwagens die via silo's worden gevuld. Hierbij wordt met de nodige veiligheidsvoorzieningen op de vrachtwagens gewerkt en worden eventuele productresten, zoals kunststof granulaat, manueel verwijderd.

Als Supervisor zorg je er mee voor dat deze werkzaamheden correct worden uitgevoerd en dat de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften strikt worden nageleefd. Je werkt daarbij zelf ook actief mee op de werkvloer en hebt een hands-on ingesteldheid.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van de spoelploeg
  • Het verdelen en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden
  • Het bewaken van de planning en productiviteit
  • Het toezien op de correcte naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures
  • Het controleren van de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk
  • Het signaleren en oplossen van operationele problemen
  • Het communiceren met de verantwoordelijke van Katoen Natie en andere betrokken afdelingen
  • Het rapporteren van bijzonderheden, problemen of afwijkingen
  • Het begeleiden en opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers op de werkvloer
  • Het aanspreken van medewerkers wanneer afspraken of procedures niet worden nageleefd

Je bent een echte people manager op de werkvloer, maar schrikt er niet voor terug om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken wanneer dat nodig is.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie, bij voorkeur binnen een logistieke of industriële omgeving
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van een team is een sterke plus
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet medewerkers op een duidelijke en correcte manier aan te sturen
  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en durft beslissingen te nemen
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kan goed prioriteiten stellen
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit draag je hoog in het vaandel
  • Je bent niet bang voor kleine ruimtes
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees
  • Je bent niet allergisch aan bepaalde chemische producten
  • Je kunt goed tegen warmte
  • Je hebt technische feeling of bent bereid om technische zaken snel aan te leren
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
