The posting

Onze klant te Zulte, gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van innovatieve bedieningssystemen en componenten voor de aluminium ramen- en deurenindustrie, zijn we op zoek naar een supervisor spuitgieterij

Binnen onze afdeling spuitgietrij staan maar liefst 12 spuitgietmachines. In volle productie zijn we in staat om gemiddeld 100.000 stuks per dag te spuiten en verwerken we mar liefst 550.000 KG Zamak per jaar. Zamak is een zinklegering. Het wordt bij 430°C gesmolten en onder hoge druk in een matrijs gespoten.

TAKENPAKKET:

  • Als supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, continuïteit en efficiëntie binnen de afdelingen. Je bepaalt en organiseert taken, bepaalt prioriteiten en geeft de volgorde van de werkzaamheden aan. Je formuleert en communiceert heldere doelstellingen en maakt duidelijke afspraken
  • Je stuurt, begeleidt en volgt medewerkers op bij het uitvoeren van taken en het ontwikkelen van competenties. Een teamleader pakt conflicten diplomatisch aan en stimuleert een goede werksfeer door belangstelling te tonen, actief te luisteren en te motiveren. Nieuwe medewerkers neem je onder arm en begeleid je bij hun opstart
  • Je signaleert problemen of knelpunten die de werking van de afdelingen kunnen belemmeren. In samenspraak met het team en eventueel andere betrokken partijen zoek je een oplossing om problemen in de toekomst te vermijden
  • Je waakt over de veiligheid, orde & netheid
  • Je hebt een bachelor of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond door opleiding of ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, bij voorkeur binnen een technische omgeving
  • Je bent organisatorisch en planmatig heel sterk
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin
