Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende job in de voeding? Heb jij ervaring als teamleader in een productieomgeving? Werk je graag resultaatgericht en is veiligheid, kwaliteit, organisatie en collegialiteit een must in jouw job? Als Teamleader inpak ben jij samen met jouw collega’s verantwoordelijk voor een vlot draaiende productie en inpak van het snoepgoed.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Organiseren en coördineren van de werkverdeling.
  • Opvolgen van de productieplanning en indien nodig bijsturen.
  • Coachen en aansturen van het inpakteam.
  • Correcte opvang van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke ploegoverdracht.
  • De inpakafdeling zelfstandig opstarten.
  • Waken over een correct gebruik van de machines.
  • Meewerken aan het inpakproces.
  • Opvolgen van de hygiëne-en kwaliteitsregels.
  • Meewerken aan verbetervoorstellen.
  • Je bent hands-on met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je denkt proactief en collegiaal.
  • Je kan met een PC werken.
  • Je beschikt over een basis technisch inzicht.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring als Teamleader in de voedingssector is een pluspunt.
