The posting

Voor een groeiende en internationaal actieve speler binnen de voedingsindustrie zoeken we een Technisch Werkvoorbereider & Assetbeheer. In deze functie vorm je de schakel tussen maintenance, magazijn, aankoop en administratie. Je krijgt een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid in het verder professionaliseren van het onderhoud en zorgt ervoor dat technische assets, wisselstukken en onderhoudswerken optimaal worden beheerd en voorbereid.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je brengt machines, installaties en technische componenten gestructureerd in kaart binnen het onderhoudssysteem en zorgt ervoor dat alle assetdata correct en actueel blijft.
  • Je beheert technische documentatie, onderhoudshistoriek, werkbonnen en andere relevante informatie zodat techniekers snel over de juiste gegevens beschikken.
  • Je bereidt onderhoudswerken technisch en organisatorisch voor en zorgt ervoor dat de benodigde materialen, wisselstukken en informatie tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je beheert het technisch magazijn, bewaakt de voorraadniveaus en zorgt voor een optimale beschikbaarheid van kritische onderdelen.
  • Je volgt technische bestellingen op en onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers rond onderdelen, levertermijnen en mogelijke alternatieven.
  • Je werkt actief aan de standaardisatie van technische componenten en zoekt naar alternatieve oplossingen om kosten en voorraden te optimaliseren.
  • Je ondersteunt de administratieve werking van de technische dienst door onder andere werkbonnen, facturen en technische gegevens correct op te volgen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen assetmanagement, werkvoorbereiding, aankoop en stockbeheer en helpt deze processen verder te structureren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een technische of technisch-administratieve opleiding, of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht in machines, onderdelen en onderhoudsprocessen; ervaring met een onderhouds- of assetmanagementsysteem is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, nauwkeurig en planmatig en houdt ervan om structuur te creëren en verschillende zaken gelijktijdig op te volgen.
  • Je bent hands-on en communicatief ingesteld, spreekt vlot Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans.
