FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Functieomschrijving Voor een innovatief en sterk groeiend productiebedrijf in de regio zoeken wij een Supervisor Technische Dienst die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt én zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

In deze rol stuur je dagelijks een team van techniekers aan en zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudswerken en technische interventies vlot en efficiënt verlopen. Jij bent een sleutelfiguur in het garanderen van de continuïteit van het productieproces. Dankzij jouw overzicht en planning loopt alles op wieltjes.

Wat deze functie extra boeiend maakt? Je blijft niet aan de zijlijn staan. Naast je coördinerende rol werk je ook actief mee aan technische interventies, onderhoud en verbeterprojecten binnen een modern machinepark.

Takenpakket

  • Je stuurt het team techniekers operationeel aan en coacht hen in hun dagelijkse werking
  • Je volgt werkzaamheden op en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je coördineert storingen en organiseert zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud
  • Je stelt werkorders en onderhoudsplannen op en beheert de technische documentatie
  • Je werkt actief mee aan storingsanalyses en technische interventies
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke ploegenoverdracht en houdt overzicht over lopende taken
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, voortgang en veiligheid van de uitgevoerde werken
  • Je volgt ombouwprocedures en uitvoeringstijden nauwgezet op
  • Je draagt actief bij aan verbeterprojecten binnen de technische dienst
  • Je ziet toe op afspraken rond aanwezigheid, pauzes en werkorganisatie

PROFIEL Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (Graduaat of Bachelor) in elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt sterke kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica. Kennis van koeling is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je beschikt over sterk technisch inzicht en kan zelfstandig werkopdrachten voorbereiden en opvolgen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels.
  • Kennis van MS Office is vereist, kennis van Lean of 5S is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent flexibel, oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
