The posting

Voor onze klant, een groeiend familiebedrijf in de voedingsindustrie regio Westerlo, zijn wij op zoek naar een Supervisor Technische Dienst.

Onze klant is actief in de productie van voedingsproducten en investeert continu in innovatie, automatisatie en de verdere uitbreiding van het machinepark. Om de technische dienst verder te versterken, zoeken we een ervaren supervisor die graag een technisch team aanstuurt en mee zorgt voor een optimale werking van de productieomgeving.

Jouw functie

Als Supervisor Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele en technische aansturing van een ploeg techniekers. Je combineert leiderschap met technische expertise en zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden efficiënt, veilig en kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het operationeel aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van techniekers.
  • Het opvolgen en bijsturen van werkzaamheden binnen de technische dienst.
  • Het plannen en verdelen van onderhoudswerken.
  • Het coördineren van preventief en curatief onderhoud.
  • Het opvolgen van technische interventies en storingen.
  • Meewerken aan storingsanalyses en structurele verbeteringen.
  • Het beheren van werkorders, onderhoudsplannen en technische documentatie.
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en voortgang van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Het opvolgen van ombouwprocedures en omsteltijden.
  • Het uitvoeren van dagelijkse ploegenoverdrachten.
  • Het actief bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten binnen de technische dienst.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (graduaat of bachelor) in elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of een gelijkwaardige technische richting.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica.
  • Kennis van industriële koeling is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met Lean, 5S of verbeterprojecten is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische interesse en werkt graag hands-on.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan zelfstandig prioriteiten bepalen.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten en haalt energie uit het begeleiden van een technisch team.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en kan omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten.
