Als Supervisor Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en coachen van een team techniekers. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse planning en sturing op rolletjes loopt en ondersteunt je team bij technische vraagstukken. Daarnaast volg je technische interventies nauwkeurig op en neem je zelf ook deel aan onderhouds- en verbeteringswerken.

Dagelijks houd je je bezig met het opstellen en beheren van onderhoudsplannen, het coördineren van storingen en het opvolgen van technische opdrachten. Je staat in voor de kwaliteit en voortgang van het werk en zoekt samen met je team continu naar optimalisaties. Je bent betrokken bij verbeterprojecten en brengt je technische expertise in waar nodig.

• Je hebt een diploma in elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of een soortgelijke technische richting (graduaat of bachelor). • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een technische werkomgeving. • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica. Extra kennis van koeling is mooi meegenomen. • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office. • Ervaring met Lean of 5S is een pluspunt. • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en hebt organisatorisch talent. • Je kan zelfstandig technische opdrachten opvolgen en voorbereiden. • Je communiceert duidelijk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. • Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot en hebt een degelijke kennis Engels. • Flexibiliteit, oplossingsgericht denken en initiatief nemen zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
