Als Supervisor Technische Dienst leid je een team van techniekers en zorg je voor een vlotte, veilige en efficiënte werking van het machinepark. Je combineert dagelijkse operationele aansturing met technische ondersteuning en werkt mee aan onderhoud en verbeteringen wanneer dat nodig is.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Een team techniekers operationeel aansturen en begeleiden
  • Aanwezigheden, pauzes en naleving van regels opvolgen
  • Techniekers ondersteunen en coachen tijdens hun werkzaamheden
  • Werkorders, onderhoudsplannen en technische documentatie opstellen en beheren
  • Storingen coördineren en instaan voor preventief én curatief onderhoud
  • Meewerken aan storingsanalyses, onderhoud en periodieke rondes
  • Preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden organiseren
  • Dagelijkse ploegenoverdracht voorbereiden
  • Kwaliteit en voortgang van alle technische interventies bewaken
  • Ombouwprocedures en ombouwtijden opvolgen en optimaliseren
  • Actief bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten binnen de technische dienst
  • Je behaalde een technisch diploma (graduaat of bachelor), bv. elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of gelijkaardig
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een technische omgeving
  • Sterke kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica; kennis van koeltechniek is een plus
  • Vlot met MS Office
  • Kennis van Lean of 5S is mooi meegenomen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt organisatorisch talent
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en kan zelfstandig werkopdrachten voorbereiden en opvolgen
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van Engels
  • Je bent flexibel, oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en draagt actief bij aan optimalisaties
