Dan zoeken wij jou als onze nieuwe Supervisor Technische Dienst voor Cityden BoLo District!✨ Waarom Cityden? Als Supervisor Technische Dienst ben jij het technische aanspreekpunt op BoLo District. Je zorgt ervoor dat storingen en onderhoud goed worden opgepakt en dat de locatie technisch in topconditie blijft.Je werkt nauw samen met het Hoofd Technische Dienst, die verantwoordelijk is voor de technische dienst over alle Cityden-locaties. Jij zorgt voor de dagelijkse technische operatie op BoLo District en bent de verbindende factor tussen de locatie, je collega's en externe partijen.🏙 Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn Cityden. Met 348 stijlvolle appartementen verdeeld over 3 (binnenkort 5!) aparthotels in en rondom Amsterdam combineren wij de service van een hotel met het comfort van een eigen appartement. Onze gasten verwachten dat alles werkt en er netjes uitziet en daar kom jij in beeld. Cityden groeit snel: in 2026 openen we twee gloednieuwe locaties. Hoe tof is het om daar ook je stempel op te drukken?🔩 Wat ga je doen? • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische zaken bij Cityden BoLo District; • Je coördineert dagelijkse storingen, reparaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden; • Je verdeelt werkzaamheden binnen de technische dienst op locatie en houdt overzicht over de voortgang; • Je schakelt met externe leveranciers en ondersteunt bij grotere technische werkzaamheden; • Je signaleert verbeterpunten en bespreekt deze met het Hoofd technische Dienst; • Je werkt zelf mee waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat de locatie te
