Ze zijn in regio Herentals op zoek naar een Supervisor Technische Dienst.

Functieomschrijving

Supervisor Technische Dienst

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse werking van de technische dienst en stuurt techniekers doelgericht aan, met focus op planning, opvolging en kwaliteitsbewaking van interventies.
  • Je optimaliseert onderhoudsprocessen door werkorders, preventief onderhoud en storingsanalyses gestructureerd op te volgen en continu bij te sturen waar nodig.
  • Je versterkt de werking via actieve deelname aan technische interventies en verbeterprojecten, waarbij je efficiëntie, doorlooptijden en betrouwbaarheid van installaties verhoogt.

Profiel

Supervisor Technische Dienst

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding (graduaat/bachelor/Master) en hebt ervaring binnen een productie- of onderhoudsomgeving.
  • Je combineert sterke technische kennis met organisatorisch inzicht en een gestructureerde werkstijl.
  • Je bent een coachend leider die helder communiceert, prioriteiten bewaakt en initiatief neemt in een dynamische werkomgeving.
