Als Supervisor Technische Dienst – Productie Giet speel je een sleutelrol binnen de technische organisatie en zorg je voor een vlotte en efficiënte werking van het machinepark. Je bent de centrale schakel tussen techniek en productie en bewaakt dat technische prioriteiten, noden en acties correct op elkaar afgestemd worden. In deze rol combineer je operationele opvolging met coaching en verbeteringsgericht werken, met als doel een stabiele en performante productieomgeving te garanderen.

Jobinhoud

• Je bent de centrale schakel tussen de techniekers en de operationele teams binnen Productie Giet en zorgt ervoor dat technische noden, prioriteiten en acties op een duidelijke en efficiënte manier op elkaar afgestemd worden.

• Je staat in voor het organiseren, coördineren en bewaken van de dagelijkse werking van het machinepark, met blijvende aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, continuïteit en efficiëntie.

• Je vertaalt technische vraagstukken vanuit de productie naar concrete en haalbare acties voor het technisch team en zorgt voor een duidelijke en vlotte terugkoppeling naar de operationele verantwoordelijken.

  • Je coacht en begeleidt techniekers in hun dagelijkse werking en helpt hen bij het scherpstellen van de juiste prioriteiten op de werkvloer, in functie van de noden van de productie.
  • Je volgt interventies, analyses en verbeteracties nauwgezet op en waakt over duidelijke, haalbare en gedragen afspraken tussen techniek en productie.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, opvolging en prioritering van werkorders in RIMSES, waarbij je de juiste balans vindt tussen technische urgenties en productiebehoeften.
  • Je stimuleert de samenwerking tussen productie, techniek, kwaliteit en engineering om technische uitdagingen structureel en doelgericht aan te pakken.
  • Je toont initiatief in optimalisatieprojecten en draagt actief bij aan een no-nonsense, respectvolle en ondernemende werkomgeving.

• Je bezit een grote technische expertise en minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen een gecompliceerde productieomgeving

  • Je hebt een brede kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica, pneumatica en industriële onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Je bent analytisch en oplossingsgericht en ziet technische storingen als opportuniteiten om processen duurzaam te verbeteren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met de coördinatie, aansturing en coaching van technische teams, weet mensen te motiveren en hen te begeleiden in verandering
  • Je communiceert op een heldere en overtuigende manier, ook in stressvolle of snel veranderende situaties
  • Je bent hands-on, sterk betrokken bij de werkvloer en weet technische prioriteiten steeds correct in te schatten.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt proactief en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende uitdagingen, zonder de samenwerking met productie of het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een no-nonsense cultuur waar veiligheid, continue verbetering, samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan
