Bij Jaquet Schoonmaakdiensten zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een enthousiaste, verantwoordelijke en communicatief sterke Supervisor voor Van der Valk Leeuwarden. Je werkt in een flexibel dagdienstrooster van maandag tot en met zondag. Het startsalaris bedraagt €18,20 per uur, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring, met uitstekende aanvullende voorwaarden. In deze functie ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van je team, maar werk je ook actief mee in de operatie. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat de communicatie tussen collega's, hotelmedewerkers, leidinggevenden en kantoor soepel verloopt. Je motiveert het team, geeft duidelijke instructies en bewaakt samen de kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden. Daarnaast controleer je of hotelkamers volgens de standaarden zijn schoongemaakt en spring je zelf bij waar nodig. Je zorgt dat de kamers netjes en schoon zijn, maakt bedden op, neemt stof af, laat badkamers en sanitair glanzen, stofzuigt, dweilt, en zorgt ervoor dat werkkarren en linnenkamers op orde blijven. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, aantoonbare ervaring én sterke communicatieve vaardigheden kunnen gasten rekenen op een frisse en verzorgde kamer.
