Je werkt 32 tot 38 uur per week en zorgt dagelijks voor een gastvrije sfeer en een goed functionerend team. Samen bieden jullie de beste service aan leden en klanten. Je ondersteunt bij het behalen van omzet- en servicedoelen en denkt mee over verbeteringen in de winkel. Je dag begint met een teambriefing waarin je de taken verdeelt en je collega's motiveert. Gedurende de dag coach je medewerkers en help je met het oplossen van vragen. Je spreekt klanten aan, wijst op producten of diensten en verwijst waar nodig door. Je vult schappen aan, houdt de winkel schoon, verwerkt retouren en klachten, en zorgt voor een nette kassa-afhandeling. Wekelijks overleg je met de marktmanager over de prestaties van de winkel.
