Als Supplier Accounting Manager speel je een sleutelrol binnen de internationale finance-afdeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële afsluitingen van verschillende vennootschappen, bewaakt de SOX-compliance en geeft leiding aan een team van vijf medewerkers binnen Supplier Claims.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen voor vier vennootschappen.
  • Verzamelen, voorbereiden en analyseren van financiële en operationele gegevens.
  • Berekenen van provisies.
  • Boeken en terugdraaien van journaalposten.
  • Rapporteren over de financiële status aan controlling en andere gespecialiseerde afdelingen.
  • Bewaken van de correcte toepassing van btw- en Intrastatverplichtingen.
  • Behandelen van vragen over btw en Intrastat.
  • Verzamelen en voorbereiden van gegevens voor SOX-rapporteringen.
  • Uploaden van rapporten en reconciliaties in de daarvoor bestemde SOX-systemen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe auditors.
  • Behandelen van ad-hocvragen in het kader van audits.
  • Vakinhoudelijk en hiërarchisch aansturen van een team van vijf medewerkers.
  • Opvolgen van wekelijkse, maandelijkse en ad-hocclaims bij leveranciers.
  • Controleren van ontvangen creditnota’s en afstemmen met openstaande vorderingen.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van belangrijke verschillen.
  • Voorbereiden van maandelijkse rapporteringen en overzichten van openstaande claims.
  • Samenwerken met Asset Procurement, Sales Support en Controlling.
  • Meewerken aan afdelingoverschrijdende bedrijfsprojecten.
  • Meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen finance en boekhouding.
  • Ervaring met financiële maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Grondige kennis van SAP FI.
  • Kennis van SAP MM en SAP S&D is een voordeel.
  • Ervaring met SOX-compliance is een pluspunt.
  • Inzicht in controlling is gewenst.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van een team.
  • Zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Engels.
  • Kennis van het Duits is een voordeel.
  • Sterke communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
  • Gestructureerde, analytische en zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Bereid om één tot twee keer per jaar internationaal te reizen.
  • In het bezit van een geldig paspoort voor internationale dienstreizen.
