International, innovativ, wegweisend: Wir bei BRP-Rotax sind Teil des globalen BRP-Konzern... 1 Supplier Lifecycle Specialist (w/m/d) Ihr neues Abenteuer In dieser Schlüsselrolle gestalten und steuern Sie strategische Lieferantenbeziehungen über sämtliche Einkaufsbereiche hinweg. Sie sichern die globale Verfügbarkeit qualifizierter und wettbewerbsfähiger Lieferanten und treiben aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Lieferantenbasis voran - mit besonderem Fokus auf Powertrain-Komponenten.

* Sicherstellung einer leistungsfähigen, wettbewerbsfähigen Lieferantenbasis über alle Warengruppen hinweg * Identifikation, Auswahl, Qualifizierung und Onboarding geeigneter Lieferanten für Powertrain-Komponenten * Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferantenbeziehungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg * Funktion als zentraler Fachexperte für Lieferantenprofile, Kompetenzen und globale Beschaffungsoptionen * Umsetzung von Standardisierungs- und Harmonisierungsinitiativen innerhalb der internationalen Lieferantenbasis * Unterstützung von Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen sowie Lieferantenauswahl in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern * Verantwortung für den vollständigen Lieferantenlebenszyklus (Onboarding, Dokumentation, Systemintegration und operative Abwicklung) * Analyse und Bewertung der Lieferantenperformance sowie frühzeitige Identifikation und Eskalation von Risiken (Performance & Compliance) * Planung und Durchführung strategischer Reviews und Business Meetings mit Schlüssellieferanten * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf und Qualität zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Lieferanten * Leitung und Koordination von kritischen Versorgungs- und Eskalationsthemen mit Lieferanten

Ihre Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten * Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement, Einkauf oder Supply Chain Management * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP- und Lieferantenmanagementsystemen (z. B. SAP) * Gutes Verständnis globaler Beschaffungsmärkte sowie komplexer Lieferkettenstrukturen * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Reporting und mit KPI-/Dashboard-basierten Steuerungsinstrumenten * Erfahrung in der interkulturellen und funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit * Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kunden- und Stakeholderorientierung * Souveränes Auftreten sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit Top-Management auf Lieferantenseite
