Bouw mee aan Supplier Quality bij U-Boat Worx en maak impact op high-tech subsea-oplossingen. Over U-Boat Worx U-Boat Worx is een innovatieve Nederlandse subsea-onderneming met circa 60 FTE en een omzet van ongeveer €15 miljoen. De onderneming bevindt zich in een belangrijke groeifase en heeft de ambitie om binnen afzienbare tijd door te groeien naar een organisatie met meer dan €100 miljoen omzet. Deze groei wordt gedreven door de ontwikkeling van UBW Naval, naast de bestaande activiteiten van UBW Explorers. UBW Naval ontwikkelt en positioneert geavanceerde onderwateroplossingen voor defensie, maritieme veiligheid en autonome operaties. De organisatie richt zich onder meer op de ontwikkeling en marktintroductie van innovatieve bemande en onbemande onderwatersystemen, waaronder UUV-oplossingen. UBW Explorers bedient de internationale leisuremarkt met submersibles en bijbehorende services voor onder meer yachting, cruiselines, hotels en resorts. De Functie Als Supplier Quality Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit bij onze leveranciers. Je gaat regelmatig naar leveranciers toe om te beoordelen hoe onderdelen, componenten en subassemblages worden geproduceerd en of deze voldoen aan onze technische eisen en kwaliteitsstandaarden. Je signaleert problemen voordat onderdelen bij U-Boat Worx binnenkomen, bespreekt afwijkingen rechtstreeks met leveranciers en zorgt dat problemen daadwerkelijk worden opgelost. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen het eindproduct. Je wilt begrijpen waar problemen ontstaan en hoe we deze structureel kunnen voorkomen. Deze functie is nieuw binnen U-Boat Worx. Dat betekent dat je niet in een volledig uitgewerkte rol stapt. Je krijgt juist de ruimte om samen met Quality, Supply Chain en Engineering te bepalen hoe we Supplier Quality binn...
