Supplier Quality Engineer Zorg jij ervoor dat de kwaliteit in onze Supply Chain gewaarborgd wordt? Ben jij analytisch sterk en een expert in het opzetten en verbeteren van de Supply Base in een hightech omgeving? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) ben je een belangrijke schakel in onze organisatie. Jij draagt namelijk bij aan het verder opzetten en verbeteren van onze Supply Base en werkt over de hele Supply Chain aan kwaliteitsvraagstukken. Jij weet als geen ander hoe je de Q-performance van (nieuwe)leveranciers monitort, registreert en beoordeeld en bent verantwoordelijk voor de vrijgave van artikel-leverancier combinaties. Je participeert in een multidisciplinair projectteam en neemt deel aan proces- en designreviews en First Article Inspections om tot een proces te komen waarin de kwaliteitseisen van onze eindklanten worden gewaarborgd. Je bouwt de juiste relatie op met zowel interne- als externe leveranciers, werkt samen aan ontwikkelprogramma's en begeleidt in de implementatie hiervan. Je signaleert en analyseert eventuele risico's, bespreekt tijdig de impact met de interne organisatie en werkt proactief aan oplossingen. - In deze functie ben je een stevig sparringpartner voor project- en strategische inkoop; - je voert leveranciersaudits uit en rapporteert hierover; - je draagt bij aan de continue verbetering van het kwaliteitssysteem van zowel onze leveranciers als Masévon zelf; - je houdt maandelijkse business reviews met partner leveranciers en volgt deze op.
