Wat ga je precies doen?

Je wordt een schakel tussen aankoop, productie, supply planning en administratie.

Een deel van je werk draait om correcte data en opvolging. Een ander deel gaat net over analyseren, verbanden herkennen en kijken waar processen slimmer of efficiënter kunnen.

Concreet zal je onder andere:

  • aankoopdossiers, afroepen, raamcontracten en facturen administratief opvolgen;
  • gegevens verwerken en controleren in het ERP-systeem;
  • mee bewaken dat de facturatie en aankoopadministratie correct verlopen;
  • rapportages en analyses maken rond onder andere aankoop, productievolumes, rendement, kostprijzen en kwaliteit;
  • de supply- en productieplanning ondersteunen;
  • cijfers analyseren en afwijkingen of opvallende trends signaleren;
  • leveranciers mee opvolgen en ondersteunen bij evaluaties;
  • contact onderhouden met leveranciers;
  • analyses uitvoeren bij klachten of non-conformiteiten en verbeteracties mee opvolgen;
  • processen kritisch bekijken en voorstellen doen om ze eenvoudiger of efficiënter te maken;
  • helpen bij het opstellen en verbeteren van SOP's en werkinstructies;
  • afspraken, acties en resultaten overzichtelijk rapporteren en opvolgen.

Het doel niet alleen registreren wat er gebeurt, maar gaandeweg ook begrijpen waarom iets gebeurt en wat er beter kan.

Wat helpt jou om succesvol te zijn?

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral een combinatie van cijfermatig inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en nieuwsgierigheid.

Je hoeft dus niet binnen te komen als supply-chainexpert.

Je hebt wel een stevige basis nodig om met data, systemen en verschillende processen aan de slag te gaan.

Je herkent jezelf bijvoorbeeld hierin:

  • je denkt analytisch en werkt graag met cijfers;
  • je werkt nauwkeurig en brengt structuur in informatie;
  • je wil begrijpen hoe aankoop, productie, planning en supply chain met elkaar verbonden zijn;
  • je neemt initiatief wanneer je iets opmerkt of wanneer je ziet dat een proces beter kan;
  • Excel schrikt je niet af en je wil er graag verder in groeien;
  • je kan vlot werken met digitale systemen en maakt je een ERP-pakket snel eigen;
  • ervaring met Business Central is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste;
  • je communiceert professioneel met collega's en leveranciers;
  • je kan voor deze contacten vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels;
  • kennis van het Frans kan handig zijn in leverancierscontacten, maar is geen vereiste.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over kennis op bachelorniveau binnen bijvoorbeeld supply chain, logistiek, bedrijfskunde, economie, voeding, agro, bedrijfsmanagement of office management.

Heb je die kennis op een andere manier opgebouwd, bijvoorbeeld via relevante ervaring of een ander opleidingstraject? Dan bekijken we je kandidatuur even graag op basis van je competenties.

Excel, ERP en data: belangrijker dan jaren ervaring

In deze functie zal je regelmatig werken met gegevens, rapportages en analyses. Daarom vinden we het belangrijker dat je graag met cijfers werkt en logisch kan redeneren dan dat je al jarenlang exact dezelfde functie hebt uitgevoerd.

Je krijgt de tijd om de interne werking, producten, leveranciers, processen en systemen te leren kennen.

Wat we vooral zoeken, is iemand die na verloop van tijd niet alleen zegt:

"Dit cijfer klopt niet."

maar ook:

"Waarom wijkt dit af, waar komt het vandaan en hoe kunnen we dit structureel verbeteren?"

Daar ligt de echte meerwaarde van deze functie.
