Wil jij niet gewoon instappen, maar écht mee bouwen aan een supply chain in volle ontwikkeling?

Voor een internationaal actief familiebedrijf in de voedingssector, regio Kortemark, zoeken we een Junior Supply Chain Analyst. Door de sterke groei heeft de organisatie haar supply chain grondig herbekeken. Processen krijgen een nieuwe structuur, verantwoordelijkheden verschuiven en er liggen nog heel wat mogelijkheden om de werking verder te verbeteren.

Daarom zoeken we iemand die zich hierin wil vastbijten. Als Junior Supply Chain Analyst word je de rechterhand van de aankoop- en productieverantwoordelijke. Je leert aankoop, planning en productie van binnenuit kennen en krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken, zaken uit te zoeken en verbeteringen daadwerkelijk mee vorm te geven.

Een interessante stap voor iemand die verantwoordelijkheid wil opbouwen, graag met cijfers werkt en samen met het bedrijf wil groeien.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als rechterhand van de aankoop- en productieverantwoordelijke ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking binnen aankoop, productie en supply planning
  • Aankoopdossiers, afroepen, raamcontracten en facturen volg je nauwkeurig op, terwijl je gegevens verwerkt in het ERP-systeem en de facturatieflow bewaakt
  • Met analyses rond volumes, rendementen, kostprijzen en kwaliteit breng je inzichten naar boven die mee richting geven aan aankoop, productie en planning
  • Het dagelijkse leverancierscontact combineer je met leveranciersopvolging, evaluaties en analyses van klachten en non-conformiteiten
  • Vanuit jouw groeiende kennis van de organisatie help je processen slimmer structureren, SOP’s en werkinstructies uitwerken en acties en afspraken consequent opvolgen
  • Een bacheloropleiding in een agro-, voedings- of economische richting sluit goed aan, waarbij ook Office Management met een sterke interesse in de sector in aanmerking komt
  • Eerdere ervaring is niet noodzakelijk wanneer je leergierig, analytisch en cijfermatig sterk bent en je wilt verdiepen in aankoop, planning en productie
  • Goede kennis van Word, Excel, PowerPoint en ERP-pakketten is noodzakelijk, waarbij ervaring met Business Central als pluspunt geldt
  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels combineer je met nauwkeurigheid, initiatief en professionele communicatie; kennis van Frans is een troef
