Werk je graag met data, processen en overzicht, en wil je écht impact hebben op voorraadbeheer en logistieke flows? In deze rol combineer je analyse, coördinatie en optimalisatie binnen een moderne, multi-channel supply chain met ruimte voor autonomie en groei.

Als Supply Chain Coördinator ben je nauw betrokken bij het volledige traject van aankoop tot levering. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen aankoop en verschillende verkoopkanalen zoals retail, e-commerce B2C en e-commerce B2B.

  • Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en verantwoordelijk:
  • Opstellen van forecasts op basis van historische data en eigen inzichten
  • Optimaliseren van voorraadbeheer over alle verkoopkanalen heen
  • Opvolgen van aankooporders van start tot levering
  • Organiseren en administratief opvolgen van container- en luchttransport
  • Coördineren van transporten met externe logistieke partners
  • Uitvoeren van voorraad- en supply chain-analyses
  • Signaleren en analyseren van logistieke afwijkingen en proactief terugkoppelen
  • Kritisch bekijken en verbeteren van bestaande supply chain-processen
  • Opvolgen van onderaannemers met aandacht voor kwaliteit, deadlines en afspraken

  • Ervaring in logistiek, supply chain of voorraadbeheer
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en een nauwkeurige manier van werken
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden
  • Comfortabel werken onder deadlines en druk
  • Heldere en professionele communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders

Talen & tools:

  • Goede kennis van Frans (lezen, schrijven en begrijpen) – vereist
  • Sterke kennis van Microsoft Excel
  • Ervaring met Power BI
  • Kennis van Odoo is een plus
