Als Supply Chain Coördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en optimaliseren van nationale en internationale transportstromen. Je stelt transportplanningen op, verzorgt de benodigde douanedocumentatie en onderhoudt dagelijks contact met transporteurs, expediteurs en terminals. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor interne afdelingen zoals commercie en productie en zorg je ervoor dat orders correct worden verwerkt en de planning altijd actueel is. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde werkwijze en oog voor detail verlopen logistieke processen efficiënt en zie je continu kansen om processen verder te verbeteren. In deze functie in Harderwijk krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om jouw ideeën in de praktijk te brengen. Als Supply Chain Coördinator zijn dit jouw werkzaamheden: - Het coördineren van nationale en internationale transporten over de weg en via zee; - Het opstellen en bewaken van transportplanningen; - Het verzorgen van douanedocumentatie en administratieve afhandeling; - Het onderhouden van contact met transporteurs, expediteurs, terminals en interne afdelingen; - Het signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen binnen de supply chain processen.
