Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf in Gouda met meer dan 500 medewerkers zoeken we een Supply Chain Coördinator die grip houdt op de logistieke keten en nauw samenwerkt met een team van analisten en een supply chain directeur. Ons aanbod - Een salaris tussen € 3.700 en € 4.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - 30 vakantiedagen, opgebouwd uit 25 vakantiedagen en 4 atv dagen; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer, ook als je op de fiets naar werk komt; - Een fietsplan bij een vaste aanstelling; - Elke dag verse lunch en fruit op werk; - Een individueel keuzbudget waarmee je opleidingen en cursussen kunt volgen. Wat ga je doen als Supply Chain Coördinator - Bewaken van de logistieke keten van inbound goederenstroom tot levering aan de klant; - Coördineren van de supply chain planning en afstemmen met inkoop, productie en distributie; - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in de value chain en doorvoeren van verbeteringen; - Bijdragen aan forecasting en demand planning in het S&OP proces; - Monitoren van KPI's en rapporteren aan de supply chain directeur. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Supply Chain Coördinator - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting supply chain, logistiek of een vergelijkbare richting; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen een productie- of verwerkingsomgeving; - Analytisch sterk, met aantoonbare ervaring in procesoptimalisatie en leveranciersmanagement; - Zelfstandig en resultaatgericht, in staat om te schakelen met internationale stakeholders; - Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels is een vereiste.
