The posting

Pour une entreprise dans la région de Leuze, et spécialisée dans la production de frites, nous recherchons un commercial management:Vos tâches:

1. Observer le personnel expérimenté et acquérir des connaissances sur les processus, procédures, méthodes et normes requis pour occuper un rôle de leadership dans chacun des domaines de focus du programme.

2. Participer à des projets transversaux afin de mieux comprendre les processus de l'entreprise.

3. Organiser et diriger des équipes de travail dans les domaines de focus assignés, y compris la planification, la sécurité, les opérations quotidiennes et la gestion de la performance. Les tâches comprennent la prise de décision, le leadership et les aspects administratifs des rôles assignés.

4. Favoriser et promouvoir activement les bonnes habitudes de travail en matière de sécurité, en veillant à ce que les politiques et procédures de sécurité soient correctement suivies.

5. Participer activement aux initiatives de santé et de sécurité, en jouant un rôle de premier plan dans la quête du zéro incident grâce à l'optimisation de la sécurité.

6. Maintenir sa propre sécurité et la sécurité de ses collègues conformément aux instructions et aux règles de l’entreprise

* Vous possédez un Master en Supply Chain, Gestion Commercial, Marketing ou équivalent,

* Une expérience dans l’industrie agroalimentaire est un atout,

* Vous avez une bonne connaissance des normes HACCP et ISO,

* Vous appréciez travailler dans un environnement familial,

* Vous êtes organisé et capable d'imaginer des projets innovants, tout en faisant face aux problèmes et en trouvant rapidement des solutions,

* Vous êtes ouvert à vous déplacer entre nos deux sites de production (Leuze-en-Hainaut et Waregem).
