Onze klant te Houthalen is een groeiend productiebedrijf, gespecialiseerd in stalen oplossingen voor self-storage en mobiele opslagunits voor projecten in binnen- en buitenland. Om de verdere groei en productieplanning te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Supply Chain Coordinator.

Jouw functie

Als Supply Chain Coordinator zorg je ervoor dat orders, materialen, productiecapaciteit en transport perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte productieplanning, beheert de materiaalbehoefte via

MRP en kijkt vooruit naar de benodigde productiecapaciteit. Je organiseert daarnaast de transportplanning en volgt leveranciers op rond prijs, kwaliteit en levertijden. Nauwkeurigheid is binnen deze functie essentieel. Een verkeerde hoeveelheid, leverdatum, BOM of planning kan rechtstreeks impact hebben op productie en onze klanten. Je houdt daarom onze data correct en signaleert problemen voordat ze een probleem worden. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Manager en stuurt drie medewerkers aan: Administratief Bediende, Magazijnier en Logistiek Operator.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Productieplanning opstellen en opvolgen.
  • Materiaalbehoeften beheren (MRP)
  • Capaciteits- en personeelsplanning voor productie opstellen.
  • BOM's, levertijden en andere artikel- en planningsdata correct beheren.
  • Transporten plannen en organiseren.
  • Leveranciers en transporteurs opvolgen rond prijs, kwaliteit en levertijd.
  • Dagelijkse prioriteiten bepalen voor het logistieke team.
  • Capaciteitsproblemen, materiaaltekorten en risico's voor leverdata tijdig signaleren.
  • Planning afstemmen met Production, Project Management en Operations.

Profiel

  • Je bent zeer nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd.
  • Je denkt vooruit en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met productieplanning, supply chain of logistiek is een plus
  • Je bent analytisch en werkt vlot met ERP-systemen en Excel.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je kunt een klein team aansturen en duidelijke prioriteiten stellen.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een sterke plus.
