Deine Hauptaufgaben in dieser Rolle sind:

+ Du prüfst und validierst Logistikdaten, unterstützt bei Kaufentscheidungen und hilfst dabei, Optimierungspotenziale in der Supply Chain zu identifizieren und umzusetzen

+ Du agierst als Ansprechpartner für logistikbezogene Anfragen von internationalen Einkaufsteams und unterstützt diese mit deinem Logistikwissen entlang des Einkaufsprozesses

+ Im Rahmen Ihres Tagesgeschäfts kommunizierst du mit Lieferanten, um fehlende oder falsche Logistikinformationen zu klären

+ Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört es, die relevanten Logistikdaten und Kalkulationen innerhalb unserer Systeme aufzubereiten und eigenständig zu pflegen

+ In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern koordinierst und leitest du Aufgaben, um reibungslose Logistikprozesse zu gewährleisten

Dein Profil

Die Anforderungen an diese Rolle sind:

+ Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition, Supply Chain Management o.ä.

+ Du verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung in der Logistikbranche innerhalb der EU und hast ein Verständnis für Transport- und Versorgungsnetzwerke

+ Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

+ Du beherrschst die MS-Office-Tools, um deine täglichen Aufgaben effektiv zu unterstützen

+ Du bist motiviert, hast eine ausgeprägte Can-Do-Einstellung und bist bereit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu lernen

+ Dein Arbeitsstil ist gut organisiert, strukturiert und du hast die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben effizient zu priorisieren

+ Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die es dir ermöglichen, klar mit anderen umzugehen
