Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage various aspects of our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for order management, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient communication between our customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities :

Supply Chain Management: Oversee order management processes, including timely follow-up on overdue orders. Manage shipping and receiving operations within the ERP system. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to inform decision-making and improve supply chain efficiency.

Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks to support supply chain operations.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all activities.

Portal Utilization: Promote and ensure full utilization of customer and supplier portals for optimal communication andcollaboration

Nous recherchons un coordinateur de la chaîne d'approvisionnement rigoureux et soucieux du détail pour gérer divers aspects de nos opérations logistiques. Le candidat retenu sera chargé de la gestion des commandes, de l'analyse des données et du respect des politiques de l'entreprise. Ce poste est essentiel pour assurer une communication efficace entre nos clients et nos fournisseurs.

Principales responsabilités :

Gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement : Superviser les processus de gestion des commandes, y compris le suivi en temps opportun des commandes en retard. Gérer les opérations d'expédition et de réception au sein du système ERP. Servir de point de contact principal pour les demandes des clients.

Analyse des données : Réaliser des analyses de données approfondies afin d'éclairer la prise de décision et d'améliorer l'efficacité de la chaîne logistique.

Tâches administratives : Effectuer des tâches administratives générales pour soutenir les opérations de la chaîne logistique.

Conformité : Veiller au respect des politiques, procédures et normes éthiques de l'entreprise dans toutes les activités.

Utilisation des portails : Promouvoir et garantir la pleine utilisation des portails clients et fournisseurs pour une communication et une collaboration optimales.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
  • Technical Skills: PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience: Previous experience in supply chain management is required
  • Independence and organization: Ability to work autonomously in an organized fashion and demonstrate self-motivation

Language requirements: Proficiency in English and French

Location: This is a full-time position based at our customer facility in Zaventem, Belgium

Compensation: Salary package commensurate with experience, including life insurance benefits.
