Vanuit een gloednieuwe, hypermoderne magazijnomgeving stuur je samen met een hecht team van professionals de dagelijkse administratieve en organisatorische goederenstroom in de juiste richting. In deze rol krijg je volop de ruimte om processen te optimaliseren en de logistieke flow naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een logistiek bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door een mooie praktijkervaring binnen planning en voorraadbeheer.

Organisatorisch talent: Je bent vlijmscherp in je organisatie, stressbestendig en presteert optimaal bij strakke deadlines.

Persoonlijkheid: Je bent communicatief sterk, denkt oplossingsgericht en toont een gezonde dosis initiatief en ondernemersgeest.

IT-skills: Je bent digitaal vaardig en hebt een grondige kennis van MS Office, met een sterke focus op Excel en Word.

Planning & Coordinatie: Je stelt de leveranciersplanning efficient op en stemt deze nauwkeurig af.

SPOC (Single Point of Contact): Je fungeert als de centrale schakel tussen externe leveranciers en de interne aankoopdienst.

Administratieve flow: Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze registratie en administratieve boeking van inkomende orders.

Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je behandelt, registreert en volgt logistieke klachten proactief op om de service te waarborgen.

Support & Stockbeheer: Je ondersteunt het operationele voorraadbeheer en beheert samen met je collega's de centrale logistieke mailbox.
