Voor onze afdeling Demand & Supply zoeken wij tijdelijk een Supply Chain Employee voor 24-40 uur per week. Wat ga je doen? Als Supply Chain Employee ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze supply chain. Je zorgt ervoor dat gegevens correct worden verwerkt, transporten goed worden opgevolgd en de voorraadadministratie altijd op orde is. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Transportbeheer - Controleren en bevestigen van ontvangen containers en shippingdocumenten - Verwerken van container- en transportgegevens in onze systemen - Controleren van voorraadboekingen en signaleren van afwijkingen - Ondersteunen bij de opvolging van transporten - Contact onderhouden met logistieke partners over administratieve vraagstukken Inkoop- en voorraadbeheer - Invoeren, controleren en onderhouden van gegevens in het ERP-systeem - Verwerken van wijzigingen in inkooporders en artikelgegevens - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en juistheid van data - Uitvoeren van controles op voorraadmutaties en ordergegevens - Zorgdragen voor een correcte en tijdige administratieve verwerking Algemene ondersteuning - Ondersteunen van de Teamlead Demand & Supply bij administratieve werkzaamheden - Opstellen en bijhouden van rapportages, overzichten en actielijsten - Afstemmen met verschillende interne afdelingen en externe partners - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over procesverbeteringen Vereisten ...
