Als Supply Chain Engineer verbeter je processen, verbind je afdelingen en bouw je mee aan een toekomstbestendige supply chain binnen een internationale hightech organisatie. Onze opdrachtgever is gevestigd in Ruurlo en ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige oplossingen voor het nauwkeurig meten en regelen van vloeistof- en gasstromen. Binnen deze technische maakorganisatie werk je op het snijvlak van supply chain, productie, logistiek en inkoop. Technologie, innovatie en kwaliteit staan centraal binnen onze opdrachtgever. De organisatie blijft investeren in verdere professionalisering, digitalisering en internationale groei. Samenwerking tussen verschillende disciplines vormt daarbij een belangrijke basis. Vanuit een informele en betrokken werkomgeving wordt gewerkt aan betrouwbare processen en oplossingen die wereldwijd worden toegepast. Wat ga je doen? Als Supply Chain Engineer werk je aan het verbeteren, versterken en toekomstbestendig maken van de complete keten, van leveranciers tot wereldwijde distributie. De rol beweegt continu tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau. Daarmee heb je direct invloed op de prestaties van productie en logistiek. Supply chain processen worden ontworpen, geoptimaliseerd en geborgd. Denk aan planning, logistiek, voorraadstrategieën, inkoop en kwaliteitsprocessen. Op basis van data, KPI's en procesanalyses worden verbeterprojecten geïnitieerd en uitgevoerd. Ook werk je mee aan organisatiebrede trajecten, zoals S&OP, capaciteitsuitbreiding, internationalisatie en ERP-implementaties. Interne stakeholders kunnen rekenen op inhoudelijk advies over materiaalstromen, capaciteitsvraagstukken en risicobeheersing.
