Als Supply Chain Engineer krijg je de ruimte om processen slimmer in te richten en kosten te verlagen. Je werkt dicht op de operatie en ziet direct het resultaat van jouw verbeteringen. Wat ga je doen? Als Supply Chain Engineer voor onze opdrachtgever werk je aan het opzetten en verbeteren van efficiënte supply chains . Je analyseert processen binnen het quote-to-cash proces en ziet waar kansen liggen op het gebied van kwaliteit, levertijd, kosten en technologie. Met jouw inzichten zet je verbeterprojecten in gang en vertaal je analyses naar praktische oplossingen. Nieuwe producten begeleiden van concept naar volumeproductie hoort ook bij je werk. Je richt de Supply Chain in, begeleidt de uitvoering en controleert of processen goed werken. Daarbij houd je rekening met de materiaalsturing , logistiek en verschillende productiefasen. Je werkt samen met verschillende disciplines en hebt contact met klanten en leveranciers. Niet alles speelt zich achter je bureau af . Je bent regelmatig op de productievloer om te zien of verbeteringen goed worden uitgevoerd en waar verdere optimalisatie mogelijk is. Jouw werkzaamheden - Identificeren van verbeterkansen binnen de Supply Chain op het gebied van kwaliteit, levertijd, kosten en technologie; - Benoemen en implementeren van verbeteracties binnen de organisatie en bij klanten en leveranciers; - Begeleiden van producten bij de overgang van conceptfase naar volumeproductie; - Inrichten, begeleiden en toetsen van Supply Chain -processen rondom nieuwe producten; - Doorontwikkelen van werkmethoden om producten efficiënt van design naar productie te brengen; - Analyseren van materiaalsturing ...
