Voor een groeiende organisatie in regio Roeselare zoeken we een Supply Chain Lead. De onderneming is actief binnen de productie en verdeling van bouwgerelateerde kunststofoplossingen en werkt met verschillende interne afdelingen, zusterfilialen en logistieke partners.

Als Supply Chain Lead krijg je een centrale rol binnen het supply chain team. Je bewaakt de dagelijkse flow van aankoop tot levering bij de klant, stuurt processen bij en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op voor voorraadbeheer, interne logistieke opvolging en teamcoördinatie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De dagelijkse operaties binnen de logistieke ketting van aankoop tot levering bij de klant worden door jou gecoördineerd
  • Als Supply Chain Coördinator waak je over vlotte processen, stuur je operationeel bij en vertaal je strategische keuzes naar concrete acties
  • Voorraadbeheer, aankoop bij zusterfilialen, stocknauwkeurigheid en toegewezen productgroepen vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid
  • Interne logistieke vragen, transportplanning als back-up, pannes, audits en rondgangen volg je nauwgezet op
  • Het stukgoedmagazijn krijgt jouw leiding, waarbij je een team van 5 tot 7 FTE aanstuurt en rapporteert aan de Supply Chain Manager
  • Een bachelordiploma is vereist, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek of supply chain, al komen kandidaten met sterke affiniteit met supply chain ook in aanmerking
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen supply chain of logistiek sluit sterk aan, met ervaring in coördinatie of leidinggeven als extra troef
  • Goede kennis van Office 365 en ervaring met ERP-systemen zijn noodzakelijk, terwijl SAP-kennis een sterke plus vormt
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels, analytisch inzicht, sterke organisatievaardigheden en people management skills typeren jouw aanpak
