Wil jij een sleutelrol opnemen in het optimaliseren van een volledige supply chain binnen een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en vakmanschap centraal staan?

Voor een Belgische producent in de maakindustrie in regio Roeselare zoeken we een Supply Chain Manager. Deze organisatie combineert jarenlange expertise met een sterke focus op innovatie en klantgerichtheid.

Je komt terecht in een KMO-omgeving waar snel schakelen de norm is en waar beslissingen rechtstreeks impact hebben op de werking. De structuur is vlak, de communicatie direct en er is veel ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen en processen naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Binnen deze context zoeken ze een Supply Chain Manager die het volledige logistieke en operationele verhaal mee vormgeeft en verder professionaliseert.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het uittekenen en bewaken van de volledige supply chain flow, van aankoop tot levering bij de klant
  • Daarnaast stuur je transport, leveranciers en interne planningen aan met focus op efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid
  • Verder werk je nauw samen met het management om prioriteiten te bepalen en de organisatie verder te structureren
  • Bovendien zorg je voor een optimale balans tussen voorraad, levertermijnen en kostenbeheersing
  • Alsook neem je de regie over service-activiteiten en zorg je voor een vlotte afstemming richting klant
  • Daarnaast breng je structuur in bestaande processen en zet je duidelijke werkwijzen en afspraken op
  • Verder detecteer je knelpunten in de keten en neem je initiatief om verbeteringen door te voeren
  • Bovendien verbind je verschillende afdelingen en zorg je dat informatie en flows op elkaar afgestemd zijn
  • Tot slot coach en begeleid je jouw team, waarbij je inzet op samenwerking, eigenaarschap en groei
  • Een hogere opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring binnen supply chain
  • Daarnaast heb je brede ervaring binnen logistiek, aankoop en/of supply chain in een productieomgeving
  • Bovendien beschik je over sterke people skills en kan je teams coachen en aansturen
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, kennis Frans is een plus
