Vanuit een moderne productieomgeving worden dagelijks verpakkingen ontwikkeld en geproduceerd die terechtkomen bij tal van bekende voedingsproducenten en retailers. Jobomschrijving

Als Supply Chain Manager ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de dagelijkse operationele werking. Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte organisatie van de logistieke activiteiten en bewaakt de goederenstromen van inkomende goederen tot verzending. Je volgt de voorraad en operationele processen nauwgezet op, coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in het magazijn en zorgt ervoor dat orders tijdig en efficiënt verwerkt kunnen worden. Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor transporteurs en bezoekers en zorg je ervoor dat de logistieke planning en administratie vlot op elkaar aansluiten.

Je neemt bovendien een coördinerende en leidinggevende rol op binnen het logistieke team. Je stuurt chauffeurs en magazijnmedewerkers aan, bewaakt de werkverdeling en speelt kort op de bal wanneer zich operationele uitdagingen voordoen. Je anticipeert op drukke momenten, stemt de inzet van mensen en middelen af op de noden van de organisatie en onderhoudt contacten met externe transportpartners. Ook volg je afwijkingen, retourstromen, voorraad- en ordergerelateerde issues op en zorg je ervoor dat deze efficiënt worden opgelost. Kortom, een hands-on functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling en impact, waarin je dagelijks mee het verschil maakt in de verdere professionalisering van de logistieke werking.

  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting
  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige richting
  • Je bent hands-on, stressbestendig en werkt gestructureerd
  • Je hebt goede people-skills en kan medewerkers motiveren
  • Je bent een sterke organisator die snel overzicht creërt en prioriteiten kan stellen
