The posting

Als Supply Chain Manager regio Tielt stuur je de dagelijkse werking van planning, customer service en logistiek aan, coach je je medewerkers en zorg je met SAP en MRP voor een efficiënte productie- en goederenstroom.

  • Je geeft rechtstreeks leiding aan een team van ongeveer 8 tot 10 medewerkers binnen customer service en productieplanning. Je zorgt voor een goede taakverdeling, duidelijke afspraken en een vlotte dagelijkse werking.
  • Je begeleidt je medewerkers van dichtbij. Je volgt hun prestaties op, behandelt verlofaanvragen en helpt hen groeien in hun functie.
  • Je stuurt de Logistiek Manager aan en bent een vast aanspreekpunt bij operationele vragen, leverproblemen en andere uitdagingen op de werkvloer.
  • Je bewaakt de productieplanning en stemt deze af op de beschikbare capaciteit, grondstoffen en klantbestellingen. Je grijpt snel in wanneer planningen veranderen.
  • Je volgt het materiaalbeheer en de voorraadniveaus op. Je gebruikt MRP (Material Requirements Planning) en bij voorkeur SAP om tekorten te voorkomen en leveringen tijdig te laten verlopen.
  • Je houdt overzicht over de volledige goederenstroom, van bestelling tot levering. Je ziet waar processen beter kunnen en voert haalbare verbeteringen door.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, sales en kwaliteit. Bij complexe klantvragen of onverwachte problemen zoek je naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je volgt KPI's op zoals OTIF (On Time In Full), voorraadbeschikbaarheid en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Je gebruikt deze cijfers om de dagelijkse werking te verbeteren.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam en denkt mee over de operationele resultaten. Je vertaalt de richtlijnen van de internationale organisatie naar duidelijke acties op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in supply chain, productieplanning of logistiek binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het rechtstreeks aansturen van medewerkers en neemt ook de dagelijkse teamorganisatie graag zelf in handen.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider die duidelijk communiceert, beslissingen durft te nemen en medewerkers op een eerlijke en respectvolle manier aanstuurt.
  • Je haalt energie uit de dagelijkse werking. Je staat graag dicht bij je team en kiest liever voor concrete oplossingen dan voor uitgebreide strategische plannen.
  • Je hebt inzicht in ERP-systemen, voorraadbeheer en productieplanning. Ervaring met SAP, MRP of warehouse management is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en voelt je goed in een internationale organisatie waar je werkt binnen duidelijke afspraken en richtlijnen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en bouwt gemakkelijk een goede samenwerking op met collega's op verschillende niveaus.
