Pour l'un de nos clients situé dans la région de Dour, nous recherchons un(e) Supply Chain Manager capable de piloter l'ensemble des opérations logistiques, d'optimiser les flux et d'accompagner l'évolution des processus au sein de l'entreprise.

Vos responsabilités

En tant que Supply Chain Manager, vous jouez un rôle stratégique et opérationnel dans la gestion quotidienne de la chaîne logistique :

  • Superviser et garantir la fluidité des flux logistiques internes et externes.
  • Piloter les activités de réception, stockage, préparation et expédition des marchandises.
  • Assurer la planification des opérations à court, moyen et long terme.
  • Gérer et optimiser les approvisionnements afin de garantir la disponibilité des produits.
  • Assurer le suivi des fournisseurs et coordonner les échanges avec les différents partenaires.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des pistes d'amélioration continue pour accroître l'efficacité et la rentabilité.
  • Participer aux projets d'optimisation des processus logistiques et des infrastructures de stockage.
  • Encadrer et développer une équipe de 3 collaborateurs : Suivi quotidien de l'activité Entretiens d'évaluation Accompagnement et montée en compétences

Vous disposez d'une expérience significative dans une fonction telle que :

  • Supply Chain Manager
  • Warehouse Manager
  • Responsable Logistique
  • Planificateur Logistique Senior

Vous possédez une vision globale de la supply chain : logistique, approvisionnements, planification et gestion des flux.

Vous avez une solide expérience en management d'équipe.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'analyse des indicateurs de performance et l'amélioration continue.

Vous maîtrisez la Suite Office, particulièrement Excel.

Vous avez déjà travaillé avec un ERP, idéalement SAP ou équivalent.

Vous communiquez couramment en français et en néerlandais ou en français et en anglais.

Vous êtes organisé(e), orienté(e) résultats et capable de prendre des décisions dans un environnement dynamique.
