  • Je geeft leiding aan verschillende supply chain-gerelateerde teams, waaronder planning, customer service, materiaalbeheer en logistiek.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie en creëert duidelijke processen en afspraken die het dagelijkse werk ondersteunen.
  • Je bewaakt de beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en materialen en volgt voorraadniveaus nauwgezet op.
  • Je ondersteunt een vlotte goederenstroom en zorgt ervoor dat operationele verstoringen snel en doeltreffend worden opgelost.
  • Je analyseert bestaande processen en werkt verbeterinitiatieven uit om efficiëntie, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid verder te verhogen.
  • Je stemt de productiecapaciteit af op de vraag en anticipeert tijdig op mogelijke knelpunten.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt bij complexe operationele dossiers en werkt hierbij nauw samen met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je volgt KPI's rond leverbetrouwbaarheid, voorraadbeheer en operationele prestaties op en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Must haves

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring binnen supply chain, logistiek, planning of operations in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van medewerkers.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en supply chain-processen.
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, werkt oplossingsgericht en weet mensen mee te krijgen in verandering.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met SAP, MRP-processen of warehouse management.
  • Kennis van voorraadbeheer, internationale logistiek of importprocessen.
  • Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie- en verbeterprojecten.
  • Affiniteit met KPI-management en datagedreven werken.
