Functie-informatie: Ben jij sterk in strategie, procesoptimalisatie en people management? Krijg je energie van het verbeteren van logistieke processen en het begeleiden van change trajecten? Dan is dit misschien jouw volgende uitdaging. Als Supply Chain Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige end-to-end supply chain proces. Je neemt kwaliteitsmanagement, voorraadbeheer, transport en logistieke optimalisatie onder jouw vleugels en vertaalt de groeistrategie van de organisatie naar een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte supply chain aanpak. Je analyseert processen en systemen, brengt toekomstige behoeften in kaart en speelt een centrale rol in de overgang van meerdere bestaande locaties naar het nieuwe Europese distributiecentrum. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederenstromen, systemen en processen op een vlotte en doordachte manier worden gemigreerd. In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Site Manager. Daarnaast: - organiseer je transporten en werk je samen met logistieke partners; - selecteer, stuur en evalueer je externe partners; - zet je tenders op en volg je die nauwgezet op om tot kostenefficiënte oplossingen te komen; - versterk je de samenwerking tussen afdelingen, met de klant altijd als uitgangspunt. Ook als leidinggevende maak je het verschil. Je weet mensen te motiveren, creëert een stimulerende werkomgeving en zet in op de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van je team. Functie-eisen: - Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bedrijfskundige of logistieke richting. - Je hebt relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende rol. - Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in supply chain binnen een distributieomgeving. - Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven. - Je staat open voor bijkomende opleidingen en trainingen. - Je bent klantgericht, besluitvaardig...
