The posting

Voor een Belgische voedingsproducent in Maasmechelen, gespecialiseerd in gevogelteproducten zijn wij op zoek naar een Supply Chain Manager.

Jouw taken:

  • In deze rol sta je in voor de verdere professionalisering van Supply Chain. Je brengt structuur in de dagelijkse werking, ontwikkelt het team en realiseert meetbare verbeteringen in voorraad, planning, kosten en leverbetrouwbaarheid
  • Je leidt het supply chain team (magazijn, logistiek en aankoop) en zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten en een vlotte samenwerking. Je rapporteert gestructureerd en data gedreven aan de Plant Manager
  • Je beheert de aankoop en voorraden van zowel food- als non-foodartikelen, evenals magazijnwerking en goederenstromen
  • Je coördineert en zet de productie-, aankoop- en transportplanning op in functie van capaciteit en klantbehoeften
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en transportpartners, voert prijs- en servicegerichte onderhandelingen en bewaakt prijs, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid
  • Je analyseert processen, stuurt verbeteringen aan en rapporteert over de belangrijkste resultaten en knelpunten. Hierbij overzie je een groot deel van de waardekenten van de organisatie (productie, kwaliteit en verkoop)
  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen supply chain, logistiek, aankoop of planning
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende supply chain functie
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector of FMCG is een troef
  • Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent communicatief en hands-on
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, met een goede kennis van Frans en Engels
  • Ervaring met ERP is een plus
