Als Supply Chain Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen, aansturen en verder professionaliseren van de volledige supply chain. Vanuit een sterke S&OP-aanpak zorg je voor een naadloze afstemming tussen commerciële verwachtingen, operationele capaciteit en voorraadbeheer.

Je krijgt de unieke kans om mee de fundamenten te bouwen voor de toekomst van Savic. Samen met de CEO en het managementteam werk je aan meer structuur, voorspelbaarheid en samenwerking binnen een organisatie in volle transitie.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van een realistische productieplanning op basis van klantenorders, forecast en interne prioriteiten, rekening houdend met capaciteit, levertermijnen, bezetting en voorraad.
  • Het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van 15 medewerkers binnen demand planning, operationele aankoop, S&OP, douane, magazijn & klantgerichte logistieke dienstverlening.
  • Het bewaken van service levels, leverbetrouwbaarheid en klanttevredenheid door risico's tijdig te identificeren en proactief bij te sturen.
  • Het optimaliseren van voorraadbeheer, magazijnwerking, materiaalstromen en operationele aankoopprocessen.
  • Het initiëren en realiseren van verbeterprojecten rond S&OP, ERP-systemen, magazijnoptimalisatie, supply chain processen en Continuous Improvement.
  • Het implementeren en opvolgen van KPI's rond OTIF, voorraadbeheer, leverbetrouwbaarheid, capaciteit etc.
  • Het fungeren als brug tussen commerciële verwachtingen en operationele mogelijkheden en het creëren van alignment tussen alle betrokken afdelingen.
  • Het vertalen van strategische doelstellingen naar concrete acties.
  • Het uitbouwen van een nauwe samenwerking je peers van het Management team. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Supply Chain of Logistiek, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 7 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende binnen Supply Chain of Operations.
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving waar dagelijks geschakeld wordt tussen klanten, productie en logistiek.
  • Je hebt sterke People management skills in combinatie met een ondernemende, probleemoplossende, “can do”-aanpak die je medewerkers motiveert & inspireert.
  • Je brengt structuur en overzicht in complexe situaties met voortdurend veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen, planningstools en supply chain processen. Ervaring met ERP-implementaties of Business Central is een plus.
  • Ervaring met S&OP, Lean, Continuous Improvement en procesoptimalisatie vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet je buy-in bij interne & externe stakeholders op verschillende niveaus te verzekeren.
  • Je bent accuraat & gestructureerd en beschikt over een analytisch denkvermogen.
  • Je combineert empathie met een pragmatische, resultaat- en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, met goede kennis Frans.
