Deze familiale KMO is actief binnen de eventcatering en staat voor gastvrijheid, kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en een hedendaagse visie. Met een sterke focus op service en beleving zorgt het team ervoor dat uiteenlopende evenementen tot in de puntjes worden georganiseerd.

De organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling en groeit verder. Die groei brengt ook nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee op vlak van organisatie, processen en logistiek. Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Brussel en organiseert voornamelijk evenementen in en rond de hoofdstad.

Voor de verdere professionalisering en groei van de organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Logistics & Operations Manager die mee structuur brengt, teams ontwikkelt en de logistieke organisatie naar een volgend niveau tilt.

Binnen deze organisatie vormt logistiek een essentiële schakel in de dagelijkse operatie. Materialen en goederen moeten op het juiste moment, in de juiste hoeveelheden en op de juiste locatie beschikbaar zijn. Tegelijk zorgen wisselende volumes, verschillende evenementen en strakke deadlines voor een dynamische omgeving.

Als Supply Chain Manager neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige logistieke flow. Je belangrijkste uitdaging? De dagelijkse werking verder professionaliseren én tegelijk bouwen aan een organisatie die klaar is voor verdere groei.

  • Analyseer en optimaliseer je bestaande processen en werkmethodes
  • Zorg je voor een efficiënte planning van materiaal, mensen en capaciteit
  • Bewaak je voorraad, beschikbaarheid en kwaliteit van materialen
  • Stuur je operationele teams aan en ontwikkel je medewerkers
  • Introduceer je duidelijke procedures, standaarden en KPI's
  • Identificeer je structurele verbeterpunten en vertaal je deze naar concrete acties
  • Werk je verder aan digitalisering, data en efficiëntere systemen
  • Bewaak je kosten, productiviteit en operationele efficiëntie
  • Werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen om de logistieke processen optimaal te laten aansluiten

Deze rol is bijzonder geschikt voor iemand die energie krijgt van verandering en ontwikkeling. Je komt niet terecht in een volledig afgewerkte structuur. Er is ruimte om processen verder vorm te geven, verantwoordelijkheden duidelijker te organiseren en teams verder te ontwikkelen. Je bent daarom zowel manager als doener.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in de volgende vaardigheden:

  • Een stevige ervaring heeft binnen logistiek, supply chain of warehouse - bij voorkeur binnen de catering
  • Ervaring heeft met het aansturen van operationele teams
  • Sterk is in procesoptimalisatie en organisatie
  • Affiniteit heeft met ERP-systemen, data en digitalisering
  • Zowel operationeel als analytisch kan denken
  • Graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en beslissingen durft te maken
  • Een natuurlijke leider is en medewerkers weet mee te nemen in verandering
  • Zich comfortabel voelt in een omgeving die volop in ontwikkeling is
  • Je spreekt bij voorkeur Nederlands en Frans, maar de voertaal van het bedrijf is Frans
