Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

* Einstieg und Einarbeitung im operativen Einkauf mit anschließender Entwicklung in Richtung Supply Chain Management

* Analyse und Optimierung der End-to-End-Supply-Chain hinsichtlich Verfügbarkeit, Kosten und Transparenz

* Entwicklung und Optimierung von Bevorratungs-, Bestands- und Lagerstrategien

* Ein- und Auslaufsteuerung, Marktanalyse sowie Planung und Steuerung von Produktvarianten

* Steuerung und Optimierung von Transporten, Materialflüssen, Füllgraden sowie von Verpackungs- und Logistikkonzepten

* Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferantenperformance, Lieferzeiten und Kosten

* Weiterentwicklung von Planungs-, Dispositions- und Bestandsparametern sowie Analyse relevanter Supply-Chain-Kennzahlen

* Identifikation von Engpässen und Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Umsetzung von bereichsübergreifenden Supply-Chain- und Optimierungsprojekten

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain, Logistik oder Betriebswirtschaft

* Erste Erfahrung in Einkauf, Supply Chain, Logistik oder Disposition von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches und prozessorientiertes Denken sowie gutes Kostenverständnis

* Sehr gute Excel- und idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse

* Affinität zu Zahlen, Daten und Marktanalysen

* Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Bei Erfüllung oben genannter Kriterien bieten wir Ihnen ein Jahresbruttogehalt im Kollektivvertrag Metalltechnische Industrie ab rund EUR 50.000,-- (zzgl. variablem Anteil von bis zu 10%). Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gegeben.
