Een machine kan wachten. Vers voedsel niet. Aankoop, planning, voorraad en logistiek moeten draaien als één systeem - niet als vier afdelingen die naar elkaar mailen. Dat ecosysteem is jouw domein als Supply Chain Manager.

Je rapporteert aan de Operations Director, stuurt een ervaren team aan en zetelt in het managementteam. Dicht genoeg bij de operatie om te weten wat er écht speelt. Hoog genoeg om erover te beslissen.

Jouw rol als Supply Chain Manager in Brugge

  • Regie over de volledige keten. Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen aankoop, demand planning, voorraadbeheer en logistiek, en houdt alles betrouwbaar én kostenefficiënt.
  • Strategie vertalen naar prioriteiten. Met Operations en andere stakeholders zet je de bedrijfsdoelstellingen om in concrete acties rond service, kosten en efficiëntie.
  • Aankoop als hefboom. Je neemt de tactische en operationele aankoop van een breed pakket producten en diensten voor je rekening, en vormt een echte sparringpartner voor strategische aankoop. Je selecteert en evalueert leveranciers, verkent alternatieve sourcing en bewaakt kwaliteit, voorwaarden en bevoorradingszekerheid.
  • Vraag en aanbod in evenwicht. Met sales en productie stuur je demand planning en forecasting aan: beschikbaarheid zonder overtollige voorraad.
  • Processen en dataflows. Je analyseert de end-to-end keten en neemt initiatief rond procesverbetering en digitalisering.
  • Je team mee krijgen. Je coacht ervaren medewerkers, brengt structuur en duidelijke doelen, en neemt hen mee in veranderende processen en systemen.
  • Een stem aan de managementtafel. Met je inzicht in supplychain breng je meerwaarde binnen in bedrijfsbrede beslissingen, samen met Operations, Productie, Sales en International.

Wie zoeken we:

  • Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met stevige ervaring in supply chain, aankoop en/of een snel bewegende productieomgeving.
  • Je ziet aankoop, planning, voorraad en logistiek als één keten, en stuurt ze zo aan.
  • Ervaring in voeding, FMCG of korte doorlooptijden is een sterke troef.
  • Scherp in onderhandelen en leveranciersmanagement.
  • People manager die mensen coacht en meeneemt in verandering.
  • Analytisch sterk: je onderbouwt acties met data, Excel en supplychainsystemen.
  • Strategisch denker met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Nederlands perfect, Engels heel vlot, Frans vlot. Pro kennis van Excel en Word.
